Are your products vegan?

Yes, all Nuria Products are vegan.

Do you test on animals?

Never.  We love our animal friends and will never test products on them. We believe in safe and effective testing alternatives, while ensuring product and consumer safety. All Nuria products are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $35 or more. Shipping for all other orders is $10. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order before it is shipped.

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1-2 business days.  If your order is received after 3pm EST, it will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Where is my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. If you believe your package is missing, we will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, ShopPay, and mobile payments through Apple and Google.
